DESIGN LATAM GROWTH MODEL
After in depth internal & external situation analysis (ie. Price/Product Positioning, SWOT, Opportunity Matrix, etc.) with your team, we will design the best route-to-market growth model to truly unleash profitable growth for your firm/brand in Mexico (and/or rest of Latam) to step up growth over the long term:

  • Vision/Stretch Goal/Objectives: Aggressive but Achievable

  • Strategic Priorities/Direction: Consumer, Client, Channel, Organization, etc.

  • Executable Action Plan Roadmap: linked to Strategic Priorities (based on team “brainstorming” and “on the ground” discussions)

  • Linked SMART Metrics: to monitor, guide, and re-steer model, as needed.


DRIVE ROUTE-TO-MARKET GROWTH MODEL
Given changing context of Mexico/Latam markets the most important part of the model l is to continually drive it with client teams and chosen external partners while selectively re-steering as needed. As your “trusted” guide and advisor to this region, we will continue to support client stakeholder teams in route-to-market model delivery, via various potential on-going follow-up mechanisms: 

  • On the Ground” Team Facilitator – On going periodic workshops with client “on the ground” teams to monitor progress & finetune model.

  • C-Suite Advisor – International, LATAM & Global C-Suite management recurring one-to-one advisory sessions to re-steer efforts as needed.

  • Startup Phase Leadership– If C-Suite requires, during start-up phase, we can function as model “temporary” internal coordinator till scale is achieved and Mexico/Latam team can be put fully in place.

  • Other Execution Facilitation Tools– If needed, linkage to a network of trusted growth facilitation service providers and tools in MX/LATAM.
